At GeniusGiggles, we want every toy to bring a smile. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple return and refund process.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item is incomplete or missing essential parts

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

  • Requests must be made within the 7-day window from the delivery date

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed only in cash, as all orders are paid via Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will contact you to arrange the refund.

  • Cash refunds will be coordinated through our delivery team or a scheduled return visit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories

  • Custom orders or personalized items
